NOTICE: The Library is planning to implement a new library management system on July 18. In preparation for this transition some functions and services will operate at a limited capacity starting July 12 at 12:00 pm. Users can still check out and return items and search the catalog. Users will not be able to log in to their library accounts, request items online, or use self check-out machines. If you have questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (202) 687-7607.
The Booth Family Center for Special Collections is now using the Aeon request management system for all patron registration and materials requests. Learn more about Aeon or create an Aeon account at aeon.library.georgetown.edu.
For general inquiries and/or to arrange an appointment to view materials, please fill out and submit the Special Collections Information Request Form. Our knowledgeable staff will respond to your question as soon as possible. For more specific questions, please contact the appropriate person for your request from the list of staff contacts. So we may better assist you, please describe the nature of your inquiry, the intended use of the research material and a summary of your research project.
Experienced researchers will realize that there is not a complete substitute for actually visiting the Booth Family Center for Special Collections, but for those who simply can’t visit, we will do what we can to help.
